A colorful word search puzzle to download and print (or play online). Use it to review key words from The Parable of the Sower.
This parable is found in Matthew 13:3-23, Mark 4:3-20, and Luke 8:4-15 and tells the story of a farmer sowing his seed - some falls on the path, some seed falls on rocky ground, and some on good soil. It reminds me of the kids' song "May Your roots go down deep into the soil of His love..." (based on Ephesians 3:17). The story of The Sower teaches us that we should be "rooted and grounded" in Christ so that we can bear fruit for Him.
But as for the seed that landed on good soil, these are the ones who, after hearing the word, cling to it with an honest and good heart, and bear fruit with steadfast endurance. Luke 8:15 (NET)
